Adding Photo to Profile
1.) Open Microsoft Teams
2.) On the right upper corner, click the circle with your initials (or pic)
3.) Add / Change your picture
4.) All Microsoft programs will be linked to display your pic internally. Your pic should show up when sending emails internally. It might take a couple of hours at least for the change to happen over the entire network.
