George is the Chairman at LeFiell Manufacturing Company, a firm he has been with for over 45 years. LeFiell is a 100% employee owned manufacturing company in the commercial airplane, defense, and aerospace industries supporting such customers as Boeing, and the NASA Space Shuttle Program. George was instrumental in the development of LeFiells Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and has been very active in the ESOP association for many years including serving both as its Chair and a member of its Board of Governors.
