George Ray, President

George is the Chairman at LeFiell Manufacturing Company, a firm he has been with for over 45 years.  LeFiell is a 100% employee owned manufacturing company in the commercial airplane, defense, and aerospace industries supporting such customers as Boeing, and the NASA Space Shuttle Program.  George was instrumental in the development of LeFiells Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and has been very active in the ESOP association for many years including serving both as its Chair and a member of its Board of Governors.

George has been on the Board of Directors of Community Family Guidance Center for the past five years.  In addition, George is a member of the Cerritos Optimist Club, sits on the Friends of Youth Board of Directors, and is a member of both the Cerritos and Santa Fe Springs Chambers of Commerce.  George and his wife Bev have lived in Cerritos since 1969, and have two daughters, Michelle and Heather, as well as three granddaughters, Haley, Makena, and Kylee.
